Textured and creamy, with concentrated layers of citrus fruit, wet stone, nuances of bread and a delicious honey note through to a long, intense finish. From 40-60 year old vines from a single vineyard located in Plataea, a small village at the foot of the Kitheronas Mountain in Central Greece.
