Active Ingredients Dosage Warning Each tablet contains: Sodium Alginate 250mg, Sodium Bicarbonate 133.5mgm, Calcium Carbonate 80mg Also contains sulfites and mannitol Does not contain aluminum, sugar, gluten or artificial colouring. Adults: Chew 2 tablets up to 4 times daily as required, after meals and half an hour before going to bed at night. A dose may be increased to a maximum of 4 tablets if required. Children 6 to 12 years: Chew 1 to 2 tablets up to 4 times daily as required, after meals and half an hour before going to bed at night. Not recommended for children under 6 years.
