“Growing great grapes is the only way to get a great wine” that’s why in the vineyard, low yields are combined with low impact environmental farming techniques, in order to have the best quality while respecting the environment. In the cellar, traditional winemaking methods are combined with modern winemaking technology. Solar exposure: South-West Grape variety: 100% Nebbiolo estate produced Alcohol content: 14,5% in volume Ageing: 3 years and a half of ageing in oak casks, part in barriques and part in barrel, followed by a minimum ageing of six months in the bottle before the release Color: intense ruby with orange reflexes Nose: neat, ample, with notes of sweet tobacco, liquorice, vanilla and violet Taste: full, harmonious with a pleasant dry finish
