“Growing great grapes is the only way to get a great wine” that’s why in the vineyard, low yields are combined with low impact environmental farming techniques, in order to have the best quality while respecting the environment. In the cellar, traditional winemaking methods are combined with modern winemaking technology. Solar exposure: South-West Grape variety: 100% Nebbiolo estate produced Ageing: 2 years and a half of ageing in oak casks, the first in barriques and then in barrel, followed by a minimum ageing of six months in the bottle before the release. Color: ruby red with soft orange reflexes Nose: ample, fine and spicy, with notes of tobacco, licorice, vanilla and violet Taste: full, harmonious with a slightly dry finish
