In the cellar, traditional winemaking methods are combined with modern winemaking technology. Solar exposure: South-West Grape variety: 100% Nebbiolo estate produced Alcohol content: 14,5% in volume Ageing: 3 years and a half of ageing in oak casks, part in barriques and part in barrel, followed by a minimum ageing of six months in the bottle before the release Color: intense ruby with orange reflexes Nose: neat, ample, with notes of sweet tobacco, liquorice, vanilla and violet Taste: full, harmonious with a pleasant dry finish
