In the cellar, traditional winemaking methods are combined with modern winemaking technology. Solar exposure: North-West Grape variety: 30% Chardonnay 70% Pinot Noir Ageing: Chardonnay is fermentated and aged “sur lie” in barrique for six months Color: straw yellow, with fine perlage Nose: ample and fine, with notes of bread crust, apple and toasted hazelnut Taste: good structure and persistence, with a pleasant freshness given by acidity and salinity
