The Auslesen are obtained from ripe, golden yellow and from rusty grapes. Here there is a natural concentration of all flavours. Auslese often taste like dried fruits such as dates, figs or raisins, but also like dried peach and apricot. Mostly Auslesen are sweet wines. Only in rare cases do we offer dry and delicate selection.
