Areas of application: UltraTech SEAL & DRY 5 PLUS is ideal to be used as a bonding agent to bind old & new plaster/concrete/mortar and as a modifier in repair plaster/concrete/mortar. It is also recommended as an anti-corrosive agent and for crack filling purpose. It can also be used as a key/priming coat.
